🍂 It's Always Serendipitous When Something New Begins… 🍂
The start of fall was Monday - yay, it is officially FALL! I can feel the shift already, and I'm ready to lean into the cozy.
For me, fall has always carried a special kind of magic. It's the season of apple picking, pumpkin patches, fall fairs, and festivals. It's for cupping warm drinks in your hands, curling up under a blanket, and unapologetically indulging in everything pumpkin and pecan. (Yes, I've already baked chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes - and yes, they were absolutely delicious.)
It's also time to allow myself to slow down and sink into a good book (sneak peek - our October book club pick is The Ghost Camera), rewatch nostalgic favorites, and discover new shows to binge.
There is something grounding about rituals this time of year. Whether it's that first sip of a pumpkin spice latte or my new obsession, the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, or pulling out my coziest sweaters from storage, lighting candles that smell like crisp leaves, stacking up my reading list, and giving in to the long, slow evenings feels like an essential rhythm this time of year.
And, of course, fall is TV and movie season. It's a perfect mix of spooky, cozy, and dramatic that is primed for popcorn nights and mugs of something warm.
