Holiday Sugar Cookies!

I found these adorable Hershey’s Trees and Stocking White Creme Chips online; I had to order them! They arrived slightly melted together, so I spent 30 minutes separating the trees and the stocking. The package had a Holiday Sugar Cookie recipe on the back that only required four ingredients, including the chips.

Holiday Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  2. 1 package (15.25 oz) white or yellow cake mix

  3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for rolling

  4. HERSHEY’S Trees & Stockings White Creme Chips

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F

  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in dry cake mix, beating until soft dough forms. (This may take about 5 minutes.)

  3. Shape drought into 48 balls (about 1 inch each); roll in sugar. Place on untreated cookie sheet. (I used parchment paper).

  4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Press several holiday shapes into each cookie. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 48 cookies.

Super easy sugar cookies for any holiday or just because you want a treat.

Enjoy!
